Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellations on or before November 15, 2016, registration fees will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (US$ 100). Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference. On or after November 16, 2016, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any cases, if your registration is used to upload your contribution for SIMPAR 2016, your registration fee cannot be refunded. In case of workshop and/or tutorial cancellations, the workshop and registration fee will not be refunded.
